- Lead crew members through a smooth and successful shift
- Ensure customers get fast, friendly service and fresh, quality food
- Monitor shift performance and coach team members in real time
- Communicate with other managers to keep operations running seamlessly
- Help hit daily goals and create a positive, productive work vibe
Responsibilities Include:
- Food safety & cleanliness
- Managing inventory & daily operations
- Scheduling & training crew
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Enforcing safety, security, and shift goals
- Being a dependable team leader with high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and passion for teamwork
- Some leadership experience (restaurant/retail/hospitality preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
