JOB DESCRIPTION
DCD LAW, Inc. is a growing criminal defense firm in Los Angeles seeking 1–2 additional attorneys to join our litigation team.
We are looking for motivated, professional attorneys who are comfortable in court, enjoy litigation, and want to be part of a firm that is actively growing and building something significant.
This is not a back-office research position. Our attorneys are in court, handling cases, working closely with clients, and actively involved in litigation strategy from day one.
Our office is located on the 11th floor of a Class A high-rise in Sherman Oaks, central to courts throughout Los Angeles County. For the right candidate, this position includes a private window office with sweeping city and mountain views in a modern, energetic environment.
The building also features amenities including an on-site yoga studio and fitness-oriented atmosphere that helps create balance alongside the demands of litigation and trial work.
Attorney Responsibilities
- Court appearances primarily across Los Angeles County and neighboring counties
- Motions, pre-trials, negotiations, and preliminary hearings
- Direct client communication and case management
- Collaboration with the managing attorney and litigation team
- Strategic involvement in serious criminal cases
Ideal Candidates
- Prior courtroom experience preferred
- Criminal defense or litigation background strongly preferred
- Able to manage a fast-paced caseload
- Organized, responsive, and professional
- Spanish is a plus, but not required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
