About Altrivi Labs
Altrivi Labs is seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-focused Senior IT Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys analyzing technology needs, solving complex issues, improving systems, and helping teams use technology more effectively.
The Senior IT Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to assess systems, troubleshoot issues, support technology initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve the reliability, efficiency, and security of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technology requirements and recommend practical IT solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate IT systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and recurring system problems.
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal users and teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and maintenance of new technology solutions.
- Analyze system and operational data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Work with vendors and technology partners to resolve technical issues and support implementations.
- Assist with IT security, access management, backup, and compliance activities.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and other technology projects.
- Develop reports and recommendations for management based on technical and operational findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements.
- Help maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT analysis, systems administration, technical support, business systems, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting, system analysis, and technology implementation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and IT service management tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, access controls, and data protection practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing reliable technology support.
