Ranch Enhancements is hiring a Carpenter Helper to join our framing crew. This is an entry-level position, and little to no construction experience is required.
Character matters more than experience. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up reliably, takes pride in doing things right, and is willing to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work alongside experienced carpenters while learning the fundamentals of the trade:
· Assist with daily framing operations
· Handle, move, and stage lumber and materials
· Learn the proper use and care of tools and equipment
· Keep work areas organized and ready for production
· Help maintain a clean and safe jobsite
· Learn construction methods, materials, terminology, and building systems
· Take on greater responsibility as your skills develop

The goal is to develop the character, habits, and fundamental skills necessary to become an Apprentice Carpenter.

POSITION DETAILS
Position: Carpenter Helper — Entry Level
Experience: Little to no construction experience required
Industry: Carpentry / Wood Framing
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; overtime opportunities available
