We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, facial waxing and tints to our clients while ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer care. We are looking for a dependable person who wants to grow a clientele and work on a team, as well as someone who can provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is an employee-based position that pays commission plus tips.

Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with Arizona State board regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
- Promote additional services such as lash lifts, brow laminations, and waxing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, beauty treatments, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive atmosphere and coverage for both clients and staff.
- Assist with social media content.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to complete services within allotted time frames.
- Ability to make/create hand made lash fans.
- Punctuality to be on time for appointments with clients and other tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to beauty treatments.
- Background in cosmetology or relevant certifications in beauty services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members and help maintain a positive work environment.
- 5 days of availability to see clients and grow a clientele.
- Sales experience to upsell services and retain incoming clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
