Job Summary: The Sales Associate will support the Team by assisting Sales Representatives in delivering top-tier customer service and maximizing sales. This role requires collaboration with sales reps and customers, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Sales Representatives and sales management in optimizing their sales efforts.

Help plan and implement promotions while improving workflow efficiency.

Manage urgent tasks and make selected sales calls on behalf of Sales Representatives.

Reach out to targeted customers to upsell products and increase order sizes using effective sales techniques.

Promote products and campaigns as instructed by the Sales Representatives.

Coordinate and organize promotional materials such as mailings and product line drives.

Act as a point of contact for customer service issues and liaise with other departments on behalf of Sales Representatives.

Process faxed and other orders as required.

Assist the data entry team with processing incoming orders.

Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.

Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold Management.
Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to handle telephone sales and work with multiple Sales Representatives.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent typing and data entry skills.

Ability to pass the company’s proficiency test with a score of at least 80%.

Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
