BARRYSTAFF is currently seeking a Quality Manager for a plastic injection mold company in Vandalia, OH.
This position involves managing and directing all areas of inspection, having a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes, and serving as a lead representative for all quality issues. This role will manage documentation and record control processes, create and implement inspection criteria and procedures, and manage a team of supervisors. Developing a strong team of Quality Technicians across all three manufacturing shifts. This will involve training, and handling discipline and termination of employees as needed in compliance with company policy.
Must have minimum of five years experience in manufacturing quality with progressive levels of responsibilities. Proven track record of managing IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA. Strong ability to manage a milti shift workforce.
Hours are 7am-4pm Mon-Fri.
Pay is $85,000-$105,000/yr.
