We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our electronics recycling team. This role is active and floor-based, involving customer interaction, team management, and operational oversight. We value a leader who leads by example, maintains an organized facility, and fosters a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise a small team to ensure efficient processing of drop-offs and pickups.- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residential and corporate clients.- Inventory Management: Ensure all incoming orders are correctly labeled and entered into the inventory system immediately.- Operational Planning: Manage daily schedules and ensure necessary materials (gaylords, pallets, shrink wrap) are prepared for shipments.- Quality & Safety: Oversee pallet builds to ensure they are stacked safely and ready for transport.- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.- Hands-on Support: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and assist with heavy lifting.What We’re Looking For- Warehouse Experience: Proven understanding of warehouse flow, safety, and efficiency.- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 60+ lbs regularly and remain active throughout the day.- Multitasking: Ability to manage customer walk-ins while maintaining focus on operational tasks.- Equipment Skills: Proficiency with forklifts and pallet jacks.- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer components (e.g., identifying hard drives vs. power supplies).- Leadership Style: A respectful, guidance-based approach to team management.Why Join Us?We are a growing company helping the environment by keeping electronics out of landfills.How to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief note regarding your warehouse experience.Best regards,
