This role REQUIRES hands on experience as an efficient level 2 or 3 technician, this role is not a lube technician role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, with experience in diagnosing and resolving complicated drivability and electrical failures. As a (Level 2 or 3) Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Execute repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools (DVOM, osciliscope, scan tools, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- Depending on skill level/motivation/drive we can offer a few different options for compensation
- Hourly ($22-$45/hr)
- Monthly shop performance bonus
