Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary)

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare dietary facilities, including menu planning, food production, and budget management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and goals
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure efficient operations and cost control
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, residents, staff, and vendors
Provide training and coaching to dietary staff, including orientation, performance evaluations, and professional development
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare dietary operations or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, residents, staff, and vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
