Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Sussex, WI area with their search for a Business Intelligence Consultant (Power BI). This is a temporary project expected to last 2-3 months. The position will offer a hybrid schedule, with weekly onsite work at their Sussex offices required. Compensation is estimated at $60.00-$80.00 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop operational and financial dashboards using Power BI
- Create reusable data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting architecture
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
- Partner with leadership to gather reporting requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions
- Enhance reporting processes using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude where appropriate
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI
- Experience building operational and financial reporting for business stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Manufacturing and ERP reporting experience preferred
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy reporting environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
