We are seeking two experienced and passionate supervisors. A Panerai Supervisor and IWC Supervisor to lead the in-store presentation, sales performance, and client experience for Panerai and IWC.
Role Overview:
As a Panerai and IWC Supervisor, you are the senior in-store authorities and brand ambassadors for Panerai and IWC. You will lead by example on the sales floor, set the standard for product knowledge and client engagement, and ensure brand guidelines and luxury service expectations are consistently met. These roles blend sales leadership, mentorship, and deep product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Brand Leadership
- Serve as the primary Panerai and IWC ambassador, delivering best-in-class, relationship-driven client experiences.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book focused on long-term relationships and repeat business.
Sales Leadership
- Drive individual and brand sales performance while supporting overall boutique goals.
- Coach and support associates on Panerai and IWC product knowledge, selling techniques, and client storytelling.
- Lead by example through consultative, high-touch selling.
Product & Brand Expertise
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Panerai and IWC history, movements, materials, complications, and novelties.
- Confidently present technical information to collectors and enthusiasts at all levels.
Showroom & Brand Standards
- Ensure Panerai and IWC displays, merchandising, and visual presentation meet brand and Tapper’s standards.
- Maintain a pristine, sophisticated selling environment.
After-Sales & Client Care
- Oversee after-sales support including service coordination, follow-up, and special client requests.
- Ensure consistent post-purchase engagement to drive loyalty and future acquisitions.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay current on industry trends, new releases, and competitive activity.
- Represent Panerai and IWC professionally within the local luxury market and at brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales; watch or fine jewelry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a client-facing environment.
- Strong passion for fine timepieces and appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining composure and authority.
- Proficiency with POS and CRM systems.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and access display cases, storage areas, and merchandise as needed.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
- Ability to maintain focus, professionalism, and sound judgment in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
