Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the appearance, health, and cleanliness of residential and commercial landscapes. This position performs a variety of outdoor tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and seasonal landscape services while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees according to company standards.

Weed landscape beds and apply mulch as directed.

Remove debris, leaves, and litter from properties.

Assist with seasonal services such as spring and fall cleanups.

Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other tools.

Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites.

Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers.

Report equipment issues, property concerns, or safety hazards to management.

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, trailer, and equipment area.

Assist with snow removal operations when required.

High School Diploma or GED
-
Previous landscaping or lawn care experience

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must be 18 years old.
