Job Summary
Balsamo is a Mobility Management and chauffeured services company. It operates internationally in different contexts, including major events, business travel, and bleisure. With its HQ in the north of Italy, in the last 3 years it has opened three new offices: one in Rome, one in Paris, and one in New York. The mobility services offered are not part of the classic NCC context; the goal is to provide a fully customized Mobility Experience.
We are seeking a profile to be included in the Operations Team in our New York Office.
Junior Operations
Objective: Acquire and manage high-profile clients, ensuring tailored solutions for their mobility needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage operations email inbox and track all information to ensure nothing is missed
- Services tracking, communicating with clients and guarantee a smoothly executions of all service, both remotely and in-person
- Assign services
- Enter costs into the system, maintaining up-to-date and precise records
- Support with Partner Area by assisting with price lists, documents, and partner communications
- Help research and identify new partners to expand the network
- Provide ongoing support to the Operations Manager, assisting with daily tasks and stepping in as needed
Essential requirements:
- Additional language skills
- Experience in luxury services or mobility industry
- Flexibility with working hours
The knowledge of a second language and previous experience in the professional transportation industry will be considered a preferential requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour work shift
- Weekends and holidays as needed
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
