Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through business development and lead generation.
- Negotiate and close roofing contracts while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell high quality roofing systems where appropriate.
- Provide technical sales support—understand roofing products and answer customer questions effectively.
Experience & Skills Needed
- Prior experience in sales (roofing or home improvement preferred, but not required).
- Background in account management and client retention is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
Compensation Structure: UNCAPPED EARNINGS
