What you’ll do:
- Clean offices, common areas, and bathrooms at commercial properties
- Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies
- Follow a simple building checklist to keep quality consistent every visit
- Report any issues or supply needs to the owner
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Approximately 12-15 hours per week to start, with more hours available as we grow
- Set recurring schedule, not last-minute or on-call shifts
Pay:
$18-20/hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (buildings are in Duluth/Hermantown
- Punctual and detail-oriented
- Hotel, Airbnb, residential cleaning, or janitorial experience a plus, but not required, we’ll train
