Qualifications:
- Doctorate-level Physical Therapist (DPT)
- Licensed in Illinois, or willing to obtain a license
- Must be able to practice independently without supervision
- Willing to see patients in-person (homes, daycares, and schools)
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
