We’re hiring caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Ukiah/Fort Bragg area. This role includes regular travel between Ukiah and surrounding coastal communities, so reliable transportation is essential.
Overnight availability (12 AM–8 AM) strongly preferred.

You’ll provide one-on-one support to help someone live independently and build a life they love:
- Support daily routines like meals, cleaning, and personal care
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and connection
- Build a meaningful relationship with the person you support

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license (3+ years)
- Reliable vehicle + current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel between Ukiah and surrounding areas
- Pass background check and drug screening (company paid)
- CPR/First Aid (we’ll cover this too)
Pay Details
- Overnight shift: 12 AM–8 AM (standard rate)
- Premium pay available for certain daytime/evening hours
