We're looking for an experienced Collision Sales & Vehicle Appearance Consultant to become the first point of contact in our service drive.
In this role, you'll inspect 100% of customer vehicles entering our service department, identifying cosmetic, collision, and appearance-related opportunities. Working alongside our Service Department, Collision Center, and Custom Shop, you'll recommend solutions that improve safety, preserve resale value, extend vehicle life, and keep every vehicle looking its best.

Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Hours may vary based on service appointments and business needs.
- No Sundays or Mondays
Compensation
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Commission opportunities on approved collision repairs and Custom Shop sales
- Performance incentives
- Expected annual earnings of $41,000–$75,000+
How You'll Make an Impact
- Inspect every vehicle entering our service drive.
- Perform professional walk-around vehicle inspections with customers.
- Identify cosmetic, collision, and appearance-related repair opportunities.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry software.
- Educate customers on repair, replacement, protection, and customization options.
- Recommend solutions that improve vehicle safety, appearance, longevity, and resale value.
- Coordinate repairs with our Collision Center team.
- Partner with Service Advisors to ensure customers receive a complete vehicle health and appearance assessment.
- Follow up on previously declined estimates and future repair opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service.

What You'll Bring
- Previous collision estimating, collision repair, or collision sales experience preferred.
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to educate customers without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
