We are seeking a experienced Skilled Laborer to join our site development team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in trenching and underground utility installation, including sewer, water, and storm drainage systems. This is a hands-on position requiring strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork in a fast paced construction environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain and repair underground utility systems, including sewer, water and storm drainage.
- Perform trench labor and support site development operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently when assigned.
- Work outdoors year round in varying weather. Long term growth potential.
- Complete additional site development tasks as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a skilled trench labor or site development role.
- Proven experience installing sewer, water and storm drainage systems.
- Plumbing license is a plus but not required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety, hazard recognition, and trench safety practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual labor throughout the workday.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with Construction GPS is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
