Disciple Masonry is seeking an experienced Residential Masonry Estimator to help homeowners identify the right solutions for their masonry projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong masonry background who enjoys meeting with customers, diagnosing problems, and preparing professional estimates.

Essential Functions:
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential masonry projects
- Inspect masonry structures and identify repair or restoration needs
- Develop accurate estimates and written proposals
- Present recommendations and answer customer questions
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process
- Build lasting relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in residential masonry construction and repair
- Strong understanding of masonry restoration methods and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable using Google Drive and estimating software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
