We’re partnered with a well-established structural engineering firm in the Richmond area with a strong pipeline of building design projects across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors.
You’ll work directly with experienced PEs, gain hands-on project exposure, and accelerate your path toward technical growth and leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design of concrete, steel, wood, and masonry structures
- Prepare drawings, calculations, and construction documents
- Work in Revit and AutoCAD on active building projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
- Participate in site visits and field observations
What they’re looking for:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
- EIT required or recently obtained PE
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills and growth mindset
- RISA, RAM, or ETABS experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- $85,000–$135,000+ base salary (depending on experience/licensure)
