What You’ll Do
- Open boxes, unpack crates, and load parts onto the assembly line
- Use hand tools and power tools to build net enclosures and other components
- Ensure accurate assembly and timely delivery of products
- Lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Stay on your feet and stay focused—this is a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Receive and respond to performance feedback with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience
- Reliable attendance and a steady work history
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours daily
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team spirit
