Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dining and catering, with proven skills in menu planning, food production, and management. As Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality food production.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during events and regular dining hours.
- Plan and execute catering services for special events, banquets, and private functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
- Knowledge of food service management, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent cooking skills with a passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work with others effectively while fostering collaboration and communication.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
