Associate Dentist — Dental Care of Lafayette
Dental Care of Lafayette is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our established dental practice in Lafayette, Indiana.
Our office has served the Lafayette community for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation through long-term patient relationships, experienced staff, and dependable, relationship-based dental care.

About the Practice
Dental Care of Lafayette offers a comprehensive range of dental services, from cosmetic dentistry to everyday general dental care. Our office provides family dentistry, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, cosmetic services, dentures, geriatric dentistry, implants, and other restorative treatment options.
We are looking for someone who values patient trust, clear communication, teamwork, and long-term professional growth.
Position Details
This position will begin as an Associate Dentist role with the opportunity to become a business partner for the right long-term candidate.
A 30-day and 90-day evaluation will be conducted to review fit, performance, communication, patient care, teamwork, and future growth potential.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Indiana dental license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical dental experience
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Works well with doctors, staff, and patients
- Professional, dependable, and ethical
- Desire to build long-term relationships with patients and the Lafayette community
- Interest in growing with an established practice
- Flexible and willing to work within practice needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with general dentistry, restorative care, crowns, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, implants, and family dentistry
- Comfortable caring for long-term patients and building trust with new patients
- Interest in leadership, practice growth, and possible business partnership
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- CPR/BLS certification
