Southeast Innovations LLC (SEI) is an Electrical Contracting company that has been serving southern Appalachia since 2023. As a growing small business we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in-person position at our downtown office in Kingsport, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Entering bills and linking them to the appropriate project
- Creating and sending invoices
- Payroll and Certified Payroll
- Registering new customers, employees, contractors and venders
- Reconciling and filing receipts
- Registering building permits
- AIA Applications
- Light office management,(receiving packages, ordering office supplies, etc.)
- Keeping track of and Paying bills
- Creating Weekly/Bi-weekly rep[orts
Minimum Education/Work Requirements:
- Associates or higher degree in Accounting or related field
- Degree can be substituted with 1 year relevant work experience
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Notary Public Licence (or ability to obtain one at company cost)
- Experience with Bookkeeping
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Experience with Spreadsheets
- Experience with Certified Payroll and AIA applications

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
