Position Type: Per Diem/PRN Home Care
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on the case, schedule, experience, and level of care required
Language Requirement: Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for patients in Opa-Locka, Miami, and surrounding areas.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide assistance with transfers, mobility, walking, and repositioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe the patient’s condition and report changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
- Complete accurate and timely care documentation
- Follow the patient’s plan of care and all agency policies
