Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, restaurant, market, and bar service.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Implement staff training programs focused on food safety, customer service excellence, and team development
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food industry best practices across all outlets.
- Addressing complaints, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing food and beverage operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, interviewing, and performance management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment
