As part of our sales team, you'll connect customers with wireless, fiber internet, broadband, and connectivity solutions while building valuable experience in customer service, account support, communication, and professional sales.
In this role, you'll
- Connect directly with customers and build lasting relationships
- Introduce wireless, fiber internet, broadband, and connectivity services
- Explain promotions, pricing, and available service options
- Complete customer enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account support
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Contribute to daily sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Every interaction is different, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, develop consultative sales techniques, and gain hands-on experience working with customers in a professional environment.
