We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Leasing / Marketing Specialist - FLOATER to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting property leasing and marketing efforts across multiple communities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations. As a floater, you will bring your expertise to various properties, helping to fill vacancies, promote community amenities, and foster positive relationships with prospective and current residents. Duties
- Assist in finding prospects their perfect home.
- Support marketing initiatives through outreach activities, social media engagement, and community events to attract new tenants and create a sense of community amongst current residents of multiple communities.
- Utilize property management software Yardi for data entry, resident record keeping, and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries via email, social media, phone and/or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in conflict management between residents or staff by employing effective negotiation skills and conflict resolution techniques.
- Support administrative functions across across multiple properties as directed by the Property Manager.
Experience
- Proven experience in property leasing with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency in YARDI a plus.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively across various properties while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Hours will be Monday - Friday w/ one weekend required per month.
Generous commission scale in addition to hourly wage!
