Sales Representative – Commission Management System (Remote, Puerto Rico)
If you’ve spent your sales career on the phone — dialing, following up, and driving conversations — Interlynx Systems wants to talk to you.
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to sell our Commission Management System, a proven, low-cost software platform used by independent sales reps and manufacturers across North America. This is a remote B2B sales role based in Puerto Rico, paid on commission. Top performers typically earn $60,000 to $120,000+ per year, and those who maintain at least 50 outbound dials per day typically earn $100K+ annually.
About the role
- Spend about 80% of your day on the phone, calling from a list of warm leads — companies already familiar with Interlynx.
- Make a minimum of 50 dials per day to reach decision-makers, introduce the system, and schedule demos.
- Conduct online demos using prepared presentation materials and explain the system clearly and confidently.
- Follow up by email only with the accounts you’ve connected with — to confirm demos, send presentations or proposals, and maintain engagement.
- Send proposal templates, follow up with interested prospects, and close new contracts.
- Keep your pipeline and notes organized using Excel, Outlook, or CRM tools.
- Attend 5–6 U.S. industry conferences per year (travel paid) to meet prospects, network, and schedule post-event demos.
Who we’re looking for
- Must be based in Puerto Rico.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, including proven experience dialing warm leads as part of your daily role.
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound dials per day — this is a call-driven position.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, with a confident, professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills for managing call lists, follow-ups, and proposals.
- A self-starter who thrives on performance-based pay and has the discipline to stay consistent with daily outreach.
- This is not a training role — candidates must have prior success working phone-based lead lists and converting calls into demos or sales.
