Credit & Documentation Specialist
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 PM
Location: Rochester, Indiana
Pay $22.00-$23.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The Credit & Documentation Specialist owns the financing process from credit preparation through documentation and closing. This role prepares financing opportunities for credit review, structures transactions, coordinates with customers, vendors, investors, and internal teams, and prepares accurate financing documents for funding.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions while ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and moves efficiently from application through closing.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Gather, organize, and review financial documentation for financing opportunities.
- Structure financing transactions using TValue.
- Verify legal entities and organizational status.
- Prepare complete credit packages for internal review and investor submission.
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Track financing opportunities and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
- Complete Financial Analysis for each customer, when applicable
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, sales representatives, banks, investors, and funding partners.
- Prepare financing documents, contracts, amendments, and closing packages.
- Prepare titles, UCC filings, and IRS Form 8038-G documentation when applicable.
- Verify wire instructions and customer payout information.
- Proof all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain organized electronic deal files using approved company systems.
- Coordinate document execution and funding through closing.
- Identify workflow improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Complete daily professional development and perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in credit processing, lending, equipment financing, documentation, or financial services preferred but not required
- Experience reviewing financial statements and contracts preferred but not required
- Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- TValue experience is a plus
- Municipal leasing or equipment financing experience is beneficial
