Prime Management FL is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level AT&T Associates. This is an in-person opportunity where you'll connect directly with customers, introduce AT&T wireless solutions, answer questions, and help customers find services that fit their needs.
The Entry-Level AT&T Associate role is designed for individuals who want to build real-world experience in sales, customer engagement, communication, and business development. No previous sales experience is required, we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed.
Entry-Level AT&T Associate Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T in face-to-face customer interactions
- Engage with customers in assigned neighborhoods and communities
- Introduce AT&T Fiber internet and wireless services based on customer needs
- Entry-Level AT&T Associates explain available plans, promotions, features, and service options
- Assist qualified customers with the enrollment process
- Build professional relationships while delivering a positive customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and coaching sessions
What We're Looking For in an Entry-Level AT&T Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and achieve goals
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Reliable transportation to assigned territories
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, not required
