We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as cleaning windows, tires, and rims to ensure a polished finish.
- Pick up and deliver customers and vehicles.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Interact with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any specific requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, shop and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive detailing or a closely related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in hot and cold weather — some duties are outdoors year-round.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and car wash techniques is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate vehicles safely.
