Autumn Lake at Union is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA who enjoys hands-on resident care and working within a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute environment.

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance

Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT

Reinforce exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team

Flexible PRN scheduling

Competitive $39–$40/hour rate
