Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients professionally during customer interactions
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers about available products and services
- Answer questions and provide solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Customer Account Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable interacting with new people on a daily basis
- Reliable transportation preferred
