The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, people-first Setter Manager to build and lead an appointment-setting team in your local market. You'll be the engine behind our closers' pipeline — recruiting, training, and developing a team of up to 10 setters who book qualified appointments and represent the EverLights brand the right way.
This is a high-leverage, high-earning role for someone who loves building teams, coaching talent, and driving results.
What You'll Do
- Set appointments for the closers in your local market, leading from the front and modeling
- what great looks like Recruit, interview, and hire setters who fit our culture and standards
- Train and develop new hires from day one through ramp — scripts, objection handling, mindset, and activity metrics
- Build a team of up to 10 setters, holding them accountable to daily KPIs and helping them grow personally and professionally
- Partner with closers and local leadership to keep the pipeline full and the conversion engine running
- Protect the culture — hire for character, coach for skill, and create an environment people don't want to leave
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience setting appointments, doing direct sales, or leading a sales/setter team (door-to-door, home services, or similar a big plus)
- Natural recruiter — you know how to find good people and get them excited
- Strong coach and trainer who can break down what works and teach it
- Competitive, organized, and KPI-driven
- High-integrity leader who builds people up
- Comfortable being measured on team performance, not just your own
Compensation
We offer a base salary plus commissions and overrides, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $120,000–$200,000 annually. Your income scales with the team you build.
