Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed Cosmetologist with strong experience in hairstyling to provide luxury services in clients’ homes. This role requires confidence in Styling hair of all types (1A-4C) , along with a willingness to be trained in MOI’s protocols to maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Perform customized makeup and hairstyling services in clients’ homes following MOI standards (training provided)
Maintain a clean, professional setup in client homes
Educate clients on aftercare and recommended styling tips
Arrive on time, prepared, and with a luxury service mindset
Represent MOI professionally at all times
Post a minimum of three times per week on your assigned, personalized MOI-branded social media page
Requirements
Active Texas Cosmetology License
Strong experience in hairstyling
Reliable transportation
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to commit to booked appointments consistently
Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
Must provide and maintain their own professional tools, products, equipment, and sanitation supplies in compliance with Texas TDLR standards

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
