Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing new home in the Virgina Beach Area
Duties
- Read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
- Measure dimensional specifications accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices; perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Manage construction site activities including tybex installation, assembling of prefabricated engineered panels while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a strong background in framing carpentry.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and heavy lifting procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
