Competitive Pay: Earn $70.00 – $80.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists.
- Conduct FBAs and ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
- Provide caregiver training and parent support.
- Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Must hold a valid Texas Behavior Analyst License (LBA) and Medicaid Provider Certification
- Experience with ABA assessments, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
