Title: Data Center Design Engineer
Location: Dallas, Texas (Design District)
Job Summary:
Telios is seeking an experienced engineer to join our Dallas Mission Critical team, designing building systems for data centers and other high-performance facilities.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project leaders on technically complex projects while continuing to grow your design expertise and take greater ownership of your work.
Responsibilities:

Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building systems for data center and mission critical projects

Perform field investigations, engineering calculations, system analysis, and equipment selection

Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit and other design tools

Apply applicable codes, engineering standards, and current design practices

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project design and delivery

Support project schedules, deadlines, coordination, and document revision

Continue developing technical expertise in mission critical building systems and emerging data center technologies
Minimum Criteria:

Must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering

Must have a minimum of two years of demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems design experience

Demonstrated work experience and proficiency with Revit or similar building design/documentation software

Data center or other mission critical project experience is preferred
