Registered Nurse - Wound Care RN

We are seeking to hire a Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN.
- $40.86 to $44.23 per hour based on experience.
- Monday - Friday schedule.
- St. Anne Home will pay for your Wound Care certification after a year of employment and satisfactory performance.
Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of PA as a Registered Nurse - RN.
- Wound Care experience required.
- Wound Care certification preferred.
- Nursing home experience preferred.
Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:
- Ensure completion of skin assessments assigned to charge nurses.
- Review of admission skin assessments.
- Inform necessary departments of new or worsening skin issues.
- Ensure necessary referrals are made.
- Rounding with wound care specialist.
- Ensure high risk residents have interventions/preventative measures in place.
- Correspond with DME suppliers to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered and delivered and pick-up timely.
- Ensure that acute care plans are completed according to policy.
