What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist at Pilot Physical Therapy, you’ll play an important role in helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and get back to doing what they love.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and clinical needs
- Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for long-term success
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and functional activities
- Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to continue learning and growing
Education & Experience
- Minimum: Master of Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) strongly preferred
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
