We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of taking high-level objectives and converting them into actionable, measurable tasks. They will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Prepare and negotiate the terms of all project agreements and ensure all parties understand both the scope and limitations of the contract.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to, project schedule, budget, and work breakdown structure.

Develop and maintain project financial reports to track the progress of the project against the budget.

Manage and respond to project changes, risks, and quality control issues.

Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.

Directly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Implementing and ensuring compliance with OSHA 10 safety regulations.

Effectively manage project change orders and RFIs.

Coordinate and manage project submittals and ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Current OSHA 10 Certification is REQUIRED

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience in project estimation and scheduling.

Proficiency in contract administration, change order management, RFI management, and submittal management.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including OSHA 10 safety regulations.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software tools.
-
PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
