About the Role
Are you a skilled machinist with experience in CNC milling? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality components. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC machine operation and programming to meet client specifications and optimize machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately program and execute machining operations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, utilizing advanced inspection and gauge measurement techniques.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine machining processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in machining or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist, with a solid understanding of milling operations and G-Code programming.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in CNC Machine Setup & Changeover.
- Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and/or CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
