Sr Project Manger - (Commerical, Multi-Family, Hospitality)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools like Primavera and Prolog
- Ability to read blueprints and understand schematics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of contracts and cost accounting principles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Experience in supervising teams in a construction environment
- Computer skills to effectively manage project documentation and communication
- Client network essential for developing new business opportunities
- Financial and Job Cost Accounting Knowledge
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Project Coordinators, & Superintendents
- Must be able to perform at all project management levels
Training / Employee Development Responsibilities:
- Initial cross market training
- Continuing Education to expand knowledge base
