Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Ice Cream Shop Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Duties
- Supervise daily shop operations, including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow
- Lead staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficient workflows
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize resources
- Handle cash register operations using Square , including cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shop
- Helping to serve customers the delicious ice cream they have come to love
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or supervising in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, training and shift supervision
- Familiarity with inventory control, and food safety standards in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in casual dining or hospitality management is highly desirable
