Medidenta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing & Customer Support team member to join our growing operations team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that supports multiple departments, including customer service, order processing, inventory management, shipping, and accounting.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and takes ownership of their work. You should be able to identify what needs to be done, prioritize your workload, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires someone who can switch seamlessly between customer communications, order processing, inventory tasks, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately across multiple sales channels, including e-commerce platforms.
- Enter orders, generate invoices, and manage customer accounts using QuickBooks Online.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Process a minimum of 100 transactions per day while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Monitor order status, resolve shipping issues, and provide customers with timely updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.
- Support multiple departments with operational and administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, operations, fulfillment, logistics, or administrative support.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Dental industry experience is a plus but not required.
