We are currently bringing on CDL-A drivers for OTR routes based out of Welby, CO. New CDL holders and drivers with some experience are both welcome to apply. This role comes with reliable freight, strong weekly earnings, and a schedule specifically designed to get you home every two weeks on a consistent and guaranteed rotation.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting mileage rate of $0.60 CPM
- Weekly take-home pay generally falls between $1,500 and $2,200
- Estimated annual earnings ranging from $78,000 to $114,400
- Weekly mileage typically runs between 2,500 and 3,500 miles
- One-time $300 orientation completion bonus
- Pay is sent via direct deposit to your account every Friday
Home Time & Schedule
- Home every two weeks on a consistent and guaranteed rotation
- Day and night shift options are readily available
- Weekend work is required; holiday time off may be requested
- Route details are provided to drivers ahead of schedule whenever possible
Equipment
- Fleet is comprised of 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias kept in outstanding condition
- Automatic transmission on every truck in the fleet
- All loads are 100% no-touch - your focus is solely on driving
- Every piece of equipment is professionally serviced and road ready
Freight Details
- OTR routes running out of Welby, CO covering all 48 states
- Loads are steady and consistent throughout all twelve months of the year
- Structured lane assignments and dependable dispatch support on every run
Driver Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally across all assigned OTR routes
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections before and after every haul
- Maintain precise and fully compliant ELD logs in accordance with all DOT regulations
- Ensure every load is correctly and securely fastened prior to each departure
- Stay in consistent and professional contact with dispatch from start to finish on every trip
Minimum Requirements
- A valid Class A CDL is required to apply
- Drivers who recently completed CDL school are strongly encouraged to submit an application
- Minimum age of 21 years at the time of applying
- A clean and fully verifiable driving record is mandatory
- Must maintain a clear drug and alcohol clearinghouse record
- Must pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening prior to starting
