33 Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Williamsburg. This is an outpatient position located entirely within one Independent Living community, allowing you to build a consistent caseload and meaningful relationships with the residents you treat without traveling between homes or clinic locations.

Our patients are older adults who want to remain active and independent. Treatment commonly focuses on strength, balance, mobility, endurance, fall risk, and helping residents continue doing the things that matter to them.
What You'll Do
- Perform PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy
- Progress treatment based on each patient's goals and functional needs
- Monitor progress and update plans of care as appropriate
- Supervise PTAs as needed
- Collaborate with community staff when appropriate
- Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Reliable, independent, and comfortable managing a caseload
- Enjoys working with older adults
